The Milwaukee Bucks got their guy to close out the 2023 NBA Draft.
With the 58th and final pick of the 2023 NBA Draft, the Milwaukee Bucks selected Kentucky Forward, Chris Livingston.
The 6’6, 200lbs Forward committed to Kentucky in 2022, following his senior season at Oak Hill Academy in Mouth of Wilson, Virginia. The five-star commit never really flourished in his lone season under John Calipari with the Wildcats. The Akron, Ohio native finished his freshman season averaging 6.3 points per game to go along with 4.2 rebounds, and 0.7 assists.
In an interesting update by Stadium’s Shams Charania, Livingston’s agent and CEO of Klutch Sports, Rich Paul, spent most of the 2023 NBA Draft calling teams to ask them not to draft his client, as he was promised by an unnamed team that they’d be drafting Livingston if he were to fall to them. With the 58th and final pick of the night, the mystery team was revealed as the Milwaukee Bucks made Livingston the newest member of the club.
