Markus Howard took to social media on Friday to announce his return to Marquette for his senior season.
Howard's return to the Golden Eagles gives Howard a shot at the all-time Marquette scoring record and brings back nearly everyone from 2018-19's NCAA Tournament squad.
Howard is 30 points short of Jerel McNeal's Marquette record for scoring. Howard averaged 25 points per game in conference action last year, meaning it may not take long for the all-time scoring record to fall.
The Golden Eagles received a #5 seed, but bowed out of the NCAA Tournament in the first round to Murray State.
